MMDA on Wednesday warned attendees of a rally not to park their vehicles along Edsa or they will be cited for a traffic violation.

After the INC mounted the rally early Tuesday morning, several buses moved to block all northbound lanes of Edsa.

The Tuesday rally had no permit and disrupted traffic flow along Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (Edsa) during the morning rush hour.
